Hallo
I am new with CANopen and CAN bus.
I have a problem with old Bosch Valve controlled by B&R plc cp470.
PLC is empty .. but it is the same PLC which controlled previously this valve.
I need to change the control mode from CAN to analog.
Unfortunately less information I got to control this valve. I attached them.
I asked Bosch Rexroth and they know nothing about this valve.
I asked Moog and didn't get answer.
I asked B&R automation team and they answered that they don't know anything about this valve but they think that I need some IDs and In which format (CANopen? or pure CAN ids) is not documented.

I didn't find any manual for it.
I need an example to know how B&R PLC interfacing with another manufacture objects.. so I know what parameters I missed. |

After starting MoVaCo the following Menu will start
The bit rate and CANOpen node number (Node_ID) must be identical with the parameters which have been installed on the valve. Otherwise a communication with the valve is impossible.
Normally for valves and pumps with CAN interface the factory setting for bit rate is 500Kbit/s and the Node_ID is 127.
In case that the bit rate is known but not the Node _ID, the valve can be brought to send a boot-up message by turning the power OFF and ON.
This Boot-up message contain an information about the Node_ID (number)of the connected component.
