I'm trying to install KSS 5.5 (KRC2 ed05) inside a VirtualBox VM.

I've installed Windos XPE and after KSS.

After this, I've enabled Office Mode (at hw_inf.ini), and I've also disabled MFC drivers on iosys.ini

But I'm still get error RTWLoad VxD(LPVXWRT):(#0x801) access denied

I suppose this is VxWin trying to find MFC card.

What more can I do to disable MFC, DSE and other related robot hardware drivers?

My ideia is realizate a poor man OfficeLite. I know that isn't supposed to be that easy, but maybe someone here achieved a similar result.

I also have a spare old pc here, so I accept suggestions to do this on real hardware, instead on a VM.

So, I revived this project these days.

I've noted a little mistake by my side. I wasn't creating the second network for RtOS. So I did this time, and now the error is

RTWLoadVxD(LPVXWRT): (#0x1) - Device Driver could not be initialized (not found or wrong path)

This occurs because KSS didn't find some expected hardware, as MFC/DSE.

I scanned the system, changed some stuff here and there, tried to imită the same configuration a real KRC2 has, but the problem is always the same.

I also tried it on VMware and VirtualBox.

I know that would be easier find some old copy of OfficeLite, but determining a method to achieve this would turn possible install any old KSS on a VM.
