Here is an interesting Free Edition of IGSS V9 SCADA System:
I tested it with Windows XP SP2 using Remote OPC and is working very well.
IGSS FREE50 is a free edition of our flagship IGSS V9 (released November 2010) which is a full-featured SCADA System. It has the same full functionality. The only limitation is the number of objects.
