Can someone please provide a guide to back up a scada system with IFIX 3.5.

Backup - use the Backup and Restore Utility.
Restore:
Procedures to Restore IFIX 3.5
STEP 1
1.0 Open Backup and Restore from Start --> Program -- >
2.0 Browse File fix.fbk (Backup file)
3.0 Select SCU from Archieve
4.0 Change the Project Path to C:\Dynamics
5.0 Select Delete all existing File
6.0 Select all Restoring files and install backup
STEP 2
1.0 Open IFIX 3.5 and Close the Alert Alarm Window
2.0 From the toolbar File/Open/Pic Folder/Main select system
3.0 Open Workspace/Switch to Config
4.0 Open Workspace/User Preference/Start up pictures/Select mainsystem
5.0 Delete Existing f\Dynamics/PIC from the user preferences
6.0 Replace all existing Pdb by creating and adding a new line
7.0 Delete all existing
8.0 Go to Start/Program/ifix/startup Profile Manager/Settings/Default Startup profile
9.0 Select Enable Default SCU; Browse Default SCU to C:\Dynamics/Local and Save
STEP 3
1.0 Replace Existing Host file found in Windows/system32/Driver/Etc and overwrite with the Backup Host file
2.0 Host File IP’s
- IP Address of PC
- Add all IP’s of PLCs |
