For machines equipped with a SINUMERIK 828D or 808D control system, by registering your machine, you can simply extend the free-of-charge on-site service from 24 months up to 36 months. The on-site service includes the material and the service itself. A detailed description is provided at the following link:

To register your plants or machines, all you require is the software
Hardware
IdentSNAPSHOT can run on any standard PC, PG or laptop that is capable of accessing the Internet.
Software
IdentSNAPSHOT is released for:
Windows XP (32 bit)
Windows 7 (32/64 bit)
Windows 8 (32/64 bit)
.NET Framework V4.0 must be installed on the PC.
