OB are part of the Operating System so you cannot put what OB greater than 122...
Maybe on the next STEP7 V13... |

but i don't know how to use them,

Maybe i did not make myself clear...
You can use OB greater as number OB 122 but as functionality you have
to use one of the functionality given by the OS for OB1 to OB122...as in picture below..
So I discussed about OB greater than 122 as functionality on Operating System...
If your OB1 want to have the name OB145 is your problem choice ... |

when i try to simulate with the same block in 2 OB block. they change simultaneously
