Hello and good day to you! I created a DOPsoft 4.0 project 2 years ago and put a password on it. Now I need to makes some changes and I'm unable to open my own project again!
So the problem is that:
1) I can't open the .dpa file because it is asking me password
2) I can't upload the same file from the HMI because it is asking me the same password
So I don't have access on my own work because of that. If the password was on HMI only I could put it back to factory settings and download the same file from the project using DOPsoft. But the problem is that DOPsoft is asking for password as well!
What could be done?

| Thanks for the answer but this is for PLC. I already have those programs. The problem is with the password of DOP-107BV HMI panel. |

| There is one way, but it involves interfering with the PLC. You can try to read the password from the internal memory, but you must have an external memory programmer. Then, after reading it, you will be able to enter the password when uploading the project and turn it off |
