Don't waste your time looking at this, it only goes to a girly site and even if there was something there it is only a small piece of the article.

OK, apologies to ryumhom, l will admit l have looked at these sites before and failed to see the offered articles/software because l didn't scroll down to the bottom of the page.
The download is there, but like l said above it is 31 pages of a 101 page book
