To have a backup stored on the HMI you should've selected the option "enable back transfer".

[b]You can only upload an image file using PROSAFE and re-download it to another similar HMI.

How do you backup/restore with a Windows-based panel?

There are two option for making a backup of the configuration of a Windows-based panel without having to access the source data of ProTool or WinCC flexible:
1. Backup/Restore with ProSave
