Hi all in this forums

I'm young electronics engineer specialized power electronics and automation control.

When I got started to search jobs for me I noted than all need a lot experience on PLC, SCADA, DELTA V, Instrumentation etc etc etc. But the university only give to the engineers a lot of theory and models of plants and similars knowledges.

SO, now I need to self learning all of automation control, etc etc

Is it possible ?? there is a guide of books to start to read , and so on be a great engineer of technician knowledges and theorics??
