How do you use the Process Historian 2013 with WinCC V7.0 SP3?
Instructions
Procedure
1 Install the "Process Historian Ready Component 2013" function on your WinCC OS from the Process Historian/Information Server DVD.
Note
The "Automation License Manager V5.2" components and the Microsoft software ".Net 4.0" are also installed.
2 Configure the PH Ready function with this call:
START > All Programs > Siemens Automation > SIMATIC > PH Ready > PH Ready Configuration".
This configures the PH Ready service.
3 Open the WinCC project in the WinCC Explorer. In the C:\All Programs\Siemens\WinCC\PH-Ready\bin\ folder you open the CCCAPHServerEditor.exe program. Here you enter the Process Historian server. This creates a file named ProcessHistroian.cfg in your WinCC project. Now, when WinCC Runtime starts, the data corresponding to the configuration is transferred to the Process Historian server.
As from WinCC V7.2 the PH Ready function is automatically installed with the WinCC installation. You then only have to configure the PH Ready function. |
