Try to use Siemens S7 MMC eprom utils
do a backup image of MMC card using s7imgRD.exe.
Then the image can be write with s7imgWR.exe

| Where i can read. When use Simatic USB Prommer, it's not add new storage. Only show in Step7 manager. How can i find flash? |

Did you managed to read the s7-400 flash memory without simatic manager?
I have a PG station and I cant access the flesh memory externally. Only from Simatic Manager. |

Hi, I am coming back with the same question as above.
Does anybody managed to make an image of the s7-300 old flash memory card (for example 6ES7 951-0KD00-0AA0)?
I have PG Station M6 and another non-siemens card reader plugged via USB.
PG can only open card via Step7, Card Reader cannot see mounted disk - in Clonezilla I cannot find partition, just a useless device.
None of software for creating image of newer MMC doesn't work with the old card, bacause of hardware issue with identifying device.
I found MCE software (Memory card explorer) - but I have troubles with selecting correct address of memory window.
Any ideas? |

I talk about old type of memory card, plugged with 64 pin socket PCMCIA.
I cannot see it as a partition on PC.
As I said before, none of programs like s7read, WinHex etc. doesnt work

I do not have Simatic USB Prommer and it is hard to order it anywhere. |

Could you explain how to use it? Windows Os and Winhex don't see any additional partition when card is plugged into internal reader.
I have access only via Simatic Manager. |
