Hello, I hope everyone is well. I need some help, since I know little about applications made with Schneider Electric controllers.
Currently, I am trying to make a PC-PLC communication, to make a backup of the program and then download to a new controller. Since the current one suffered damage to an electronic component. It turns on, it goes to RUN without faults, but it throws me faults due to the activation of digital inputs even when I don't have anything physically wired.
It is a configuration of:
PLC LMC058 + HMI Magelis + Servo Drivers LMX32 + Inverters
Of which, I have no backup of the current application and I do not know what software it was made with.
I have SoMachine 4.1, but I have not been able to connect to the CPU. Even when I know the IP address and I have been able to PING it using commands from the CMD window. Every time I try to upload from the PLC to the PC, it tells me that it is impossible.
My doubts are:
-With what software could this project have been carried out? SoMachine, Twido, Unity Pro, among others?
To install it on my laptop and proceed to backup.
-If it was done with SoMachine, could access be blocked? How do I mitigate that blockage?
What dou you recommend?
Note: I do not need to make any changes to the current program, I just want to make a BACKUP and download it to a new controller to place the machine in operation.
This is a Mazzoni soap cutter.
May you continue to be well, greetings.
