Form Disk 1 folder after runing setup.exe it gives error
"this app can't run on your PC.
Windows 10 operating system

I have a PLC hitachi EHV-150 and the CPU ethernet port refuse to communicate.
When i plug the cable i see than only the top LED blinks. The bottom is off whatever i did.
Is it a hardware problem?
Can it be fixed with a factory reset and how can i do it?

USB port is used for programming...
