To maximize your experience with the software we would initially suggest looking at the code examples in the Mentor section (located in <install>, src, Inventor, examples, Mentor, CSharp) as this contains simplistic examples of how to code base Open Inventor functionality.

Code example for the additional extension packages can be found in the relevant sections.
There are also a number of demo applications included with the product (along with source code) that show more complex functionality, and these are also a good point of reference.
