Hi All~I have a problem where I cannot reference offline/online tags from FT View,and Download / Uploade

But, My Rslinx is Working ,and Logix Designer Can Online.

Why? Does anyone have any idea

FactoryTalk ver 11
RsLinx ver 4.21
Logix Designer ver 30.01

error code 0X80004001 means a dynamic link library (.dll) initialization routine failed
Install Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3988
Also click Start – All Programs – Accessories – right click "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator"

If you are using Chinese Language on an English environment thia also could lead to this error.
