Hi everybody, i am having a problem with tia portal V11.
I am new to this software, i was previously using Allen Bradley RS5000, but Volkswagen standards in argentina now are restricted to use only Siemens PLC, so i had to migrate to tia portal.
So i have to program 100 tables, and the way i used to do the programming in allen bradley was to create only one program, and then use the find and replace function, replace all, so the work was really pretty fast and optimized.
Now, i want to do something similar in tia portal, but the problem is that i have the option to replace. But the "REPLACE ALL" button is grey, and i didn't find a way to enable it.
Is there a way to enable it? By the way i have tia portal v11 sp2 upd 5

Hello tanito87,
I assure you that SIEMENS is better than Allen Bradley and it's a logical move but...
regarding your problem ..I have not just now installed V11 of TIA Portal
because I installed V12 and in this version the Edit->Find and Replace works very well...
So....please download and install this version (V12) because V11 is obsolete...
Or you can use Step7 5.5 SP2 +updates which works well also... |

| I just bought Tia portal v11 just a few months ago do I have to pay again for tia portal v12 or There is a way Of getting it from siemmes |
