Recently i bought a SLC5/04 but i have forgotten to more the jumper from 110Vac to 240Vac at power supply(1746-P2) which result in the 3A fuse blown. After replacing the blown fuse, there isnt any power from 1746-P2(the LED power indicator isn't ON). Appreciate if any expert can advise which component is damaged(no $$ to purchase the 1746-P2 power supply).

Yeo,
My opinion is that you must search more money in your pocket...to buy another Power Supply...
However you can contact the nearest AB representative maybe they can fix..but I have serious doubt about that...

My Incoming power is Live(L), Neutral(N), Earth(E), so how should I connect it? But what is Null?

Verify if in reality this is the situation before connecting, meaning at the Live terminal you have the phase voltage 220V~.
Verify with one terminal of the measuring apparatus to Live and the other on Chassis Ground.
