Click Start->Siemens Automation->Simatic->Step7->Converting S5 Files
Create AWL and then..
https://anonfile.com/c4bab7l9n1/s7_s5s7b_pdf
https://anonfile.com/e3b8b1l8nb/Generated_automaticallyby_S5_pdf
Make a project with an S7 300 Open the PLC program
Right Click on the Sources Folder
Select Insert New Object
Select External Source,
Browse for the AWL file generated
Double Click and then select File-->Compile
STEP 7 will compile source and create blocks defined there
when all ok You can delete source, open these files and change view to LAD then save if required.
