|
|
Anyone knows what does below instruction does? Where does the K4Y170 comes from & what does K4Y17B0 mean?
What does SW61 & K4X90 means?
For example,
MOV K4Y170 K4Y17B0
MOV K4X90 K4Y1730
MOV SW61 K4M80
Another thing if i upload using 'Read from PLC'(i dont have the autentic program) and do some modifications on the ladder diagram and 'Convert' and 'Write to PLC', will there be any problem or error, etc... |

Hello,
I can see this is question from 2014 and you probably know the answer of your questions right now.
However I'll explain to everyone else want to know.
1. K4Y170 means: 16 Outputs represented as 16bit Integer Register:
Y170=b0, Y171=b1, Y172=b2 and so on in HEX order as Mitsubishi Inputs, Outputs, Link Registers are in HEX.
So if you want to transfer 16 Outputs (Y170 to Y17F) As 16bit Integer to another 16bit Integer for example:
-----[MOV K4Y170 D1000] This will transfer:
Y170 to b0 of D1000 (If Y170 = True then b0 will be =1, Y171 to b1 of D1000 and so on)
Instruction K1Y170 will transfer 4 bits from Y170 to Y173 to destination
Instruction K2Y170 will transfer 8 bits (1byte) from Y170 to Y177 to destination
Instruction K3Y170 will transfer 12 bits from Y170 to Y17C to destination
Instruction K4Y170 will transfer 16 bits from Y170 to Y17F to destination
Instruction K5Y170 will transfer 20 bits from Y170 to Y183 to destination
and so on. "Kn" can be increment up to K8 which is = to 32bit (Double Integer Register)
For Example this one line instruction: --------[MOV K8Y170 K8M100]
Is equal to 32 lines as folow:
Y170
--||------------(M100)
Y171
--||------------(M101)
..
..
Y18F
--||------------(M131)
For SW61:
S - Register Means: Mitsubishi CPU Aparte Register and can be found in CPU manual: Appendix - Distinct Registers
For Example the Value in SD60 from Host CPU represent the numbers of the modules in the rack with blown fuses.
W- Means Mitsubishi Link Register. Link Registers are use to transfer Data between Different PLC connected in one Mitsubishi Network (MELSEC NET10 - fibre optic or coaxial )
SW- Means Deosebit Link Register represent system data from Network Card
In your case SW61 ( Network NET10 Card - Cyclic Transmission Control Status Save in SW60 to SW63 (4 x 16bit Register = 64 Control Station))
SW61 represent information for NET10 Network Stations 17 to 32 (Station 17 = bit0 of SW61, Station 18=bit1 of SW61 and so on)
If the bit=0 Means the Station you read SW61 is Same Transmission as Host Station
If the bit=1 Means the Station you read SW61 is Different Transmissions from Host Station (Control by second Master Station in the same network)
For more information about Link Rarisim Register Search for: A1SJ71Q-BR11
Hope this is help
Thank you
