After installing Mitsubishi GT Designer 2, it always crash during the program startup.
Even after I reinstalled the program again, I still get the same problem.
Any expert can help.

The error I've extracted from "Event Viewer":
Faulting application gtd2.exe, version 2.96.0.1, faulting module gtd2.exe, version 2.96.0.1, fault address 0x007b9233.

My OS is WinXP, service pack 3.

Hope someone can help.

Is your WinXP updated....???. If yes and the problem is persisting...
Try to download from a different source...or see if you do not have some problems with your RAM memory..
Try:
Memtest86 Version 4.0a (20-Aug-2011)
