dear all
i have 1 GE Versamax PLC ic200cpu001 . Previously used Versapro to connect programming. When the computer crashed, I reinstalled win and reinstalled versapro, but I couldn't connect to the PLC. I can't use port 1 and port 2. I install profyci machine software, it can connect to plc but "Monitor mode" doesn't work online I have video but don't know how to upload.
someone please guide me to fix the error

I can connect and download the program to my computer. but " Monitor Mode " does not respond to check the on/off bit
