my system is pcs7
I've changed in faceplate v7 in PID Controler in pcs7 v8.0
You can see in the photos.
But I have only one question:
When I selected "save&open trend in faceplate, I only show one item(PV) on the WINCC ONLINE TREND page.
I put the program commands here

read carefully this topic on Siemens
Which template pictures for faceplates are used by the Faceplate Designer and the OS Project Editor?
Detailed Information on this topic is available in the manual "Process Control System PCS 7 - Block Programming Instructions", sections 2.2 and 2.7. The proper use of the Faceplate Designer and the OS Project Editor requires an understanding of template picture. The following example uses the block type "CT_PI to explain how to create a template picture

To generate a faceplate in PCS7 is different as in WinCC Step7 project.
All the Properties are inherited .
You have to define a Picture in @PCS7_Config_Typicals, then define program associated on CFC and then generate Faceplate.
If you do not use these steps you cannot benefit from Properties inherited.
You cannot use scripts to redefine properties as long as these are not defined on AS and OS |

Firstly activate this on your OS going to WinCC Explorer of the OS server project, go to Computer->right click the computer name->Properties->Startup and in the WinCC Runtime Start up Order you must enable: "Alarm Logging Runtime".
In WinCC Project Folder the trends are saved as .TRC files, which is an XML format in the folder "Profiles".
But it will not be earlier created, as before one of the WinCC-Users is using the online configuration of a control for Taglogging or
Alarmlogging in Runtime. This can be done only in OS Server Project, not Clients
Once you open as in the latest picture you add manually views go to the WinCC OnlineTrendControl Properties and go to tab: "Online configuration", you can see the settings.
Do not retain:
Means the changes are not saved and are gone at the next picture change
Retain during runtime:
Means the configuration is changed only in runtime. When you exit runtime, the settings are lost.
Retain permanently:
Means the configuration is saved permanently. Also when a restart is executed.
Choose Retain permanently and normally next time to open will include your complete trend.
If you are using CFC then for the Taglogging, you can activate this as follows:
In each CFC block are parameters which could have the "Archive" property. You can insert such a block in CFC like for example: "OpDi01" (APL library), open the properties and go to parameter: "SetOp". Under tab: "Archive", you can select three options:
- No archiving (obvious)
- Archiving (During OS compile, this parameter is created in the TagLogging editor of WinCC and thus is logged in the databases)
- Long-term archiving (This option is specifically for use with the Process Historian which is a basically a separate PC with a load of storage to store tags, with this option, the tags are sent to PH) |
