What kind of license required?
The internal license showing:

Number of CAB Developer Licenses: 2
Number of Control Builder Clients: 2
Number of C200 Control Solvers: 2
Number of C300 Control Solvers: 2
Number of C300 Control Solvers-20ms: 2
Number of C300 Control Solvers-EtherNet/IP: 2
Number of Cx00 Simulation Environments: 2
Number of Application Control Environments: 2
Number of ACE Simulation Environments: 2
...
But error popup when trying to open Control Builder.
Failed to initialize the License Details in control session [EXPKS_E_CL_LIC_INITLICFAILED (6L .101.10401)]
Cannot connect to database. View Error Log for details. [EXPKS_E_CBCANNOTLOGON (1L .101.12019)]

What component required during install?
eg. No CAB developer part installed as I don't have CAB 2.iso file. |

to resolve Your problem please answer the following question:
1-do u want to use simulation mode or u want to connect a real Controller?
2-did u do post installation according to the user installation Guide? |

I plan to use sim mode but don't know how to do it.
2-did u do post installation according to the user installation Guide?
No.
Current status is I can run the control builder. No error popups as before. |

only followings showing up under Controllers:
ACE - Application Control Environment
C200E - Control Processor Module (16M)
C300 - Controller (2 I/O Links)
CPM200 - Control Processor Module (4M)
EHPM - EUCN Controller
There are no SIM-C200, SIM-C300 options. |
