|
|
Hello everyone!
I need to modify a configuration of DP Master Module (QJ71PB92V) I need to add one slave, in a machine currently in use.
This DP Master Module is on the OB0(Hex) rack position (rack full of modules), with a Q02CPU and it hasn't connected any slave.
Note. I have Only the Actual Image Configuration of the DP Module (backup).
I haven't the source DP proyect
Now I make a proyect with GX Configurator DP with master and slaves configuration (without affecting addresses on the current process). I downloaded my proyect to the Module And I test the devices communication, all status leds of modules and devices are Ok (green color).
When I tried to turn on the actual process machine, ONE variable didn't enable (with my new dp module configuration). And there start the mistake
if when I arrived the machine, the Profibus port in dp module wasn't connected, then I make a new proyect and I test it without affecting the actual addresses on CPU, then I started the process machine and one variable on the CPU Program failed (this variable was not able to be modified).
To fix that, I needed to download the Old Imagen Configuration (backup), then the variable returned to normal.
The questions are...
1) Is there any way to affect the Program Adresses on Q02CPU when you
download profibus configurations to DP module? even when its DP port
was previously disconnected.
2) Is there any way to find the addresses configured on the DP Module
without the source DP proyect?
Thanks in advanced!

QJ71PB92V does the configuration of slaves through program.
GX Configurator DP can set few parameters ..autorefresh..and so on.
read carefully..

CEKA Thanks for your quick answer!
I believe the following..
The whole problem was the Block Transfer configured on the Master Module
because I wrote in Block Tranfer Input D1000 therefor the memory on the machine D1000 was not able to be modified in the currently machine process,
because I had configured this address by Profibus-DP in master module.
In that case, how could I start the programming between the Q02CPU and Master DP Module?
I have read about POU Developer, but I have not understood at all.. |

Did you set in the [PLC parameter] - [I/O assignment] - [Switch setting] [Switch 2] = 9244H before download the project?
Only after this setting it is possible to download the GX Configurator DP 7.02 project and have effect.
Did you register the GSD files of the slaves in GX Configurator? |

Thanks automatika100
Now, I have already done Switch 2 = 9244 Hex, What about this?
I need write from Slave to Master 2Bytes Input, 4 Bytes Input, and 2 Byte Output
In Gx Configurator I have done the information below:
- I got register the GSD of the slave
- I got indentifier Start I/O in points B0 to CF
- I got block transfer
**Input =D6000 to D6002;
**Output =D6500 to D5000.
- I wrote I/O Mapper
**DUT1 Input D7000
**DUT2 Input D7500
**DUT3 Output D8000
But now, I need to make Data Transference between both.
Now in GX Developer I´m not sure if the Data transfer start with points XB0, YB0 and the following pointS.
Or only writting the addresses D7000-D8000 of the I/O Mapper.
Could you say me.. How I can I get the Data transfer in GX Developer?
Thanks in advanced! |
