1. Install trial version
2. Restart
3. Create reg file (GPPro.reg)
4. Insert Text:

Hello ,

It look likes there a problem with the tranfer tool .
You are not able to send project to HMI/PC
getting message "file required for transferring not found"
Treid on win 7/10 64bit

Hi,
I've been using it in an automated home for years and no problem. The PC is an HMI intel Atom with WIN7 communicating with Omron CQM1. Transfer to HMI / WIN7 is from PC WIN10 via LAN network. I haven't tried other transmission options. This must be set in the dialog after pressing Transfer -> Transfer tools -> Transfer Settings -> etc.
Looks like there's a problem with the installation. Their examples should work without problems in WINGP running on any PC WIN version xxx ... It is tested on the same PC where GP-pro EX is running with WINGP installed and running ... No external PC is needed at the beginning ....

You are right , installed both Wingp at GP pro at same pc and it's working .
Something wrong with my panel pc i think.

Hi,
1. I would first check whether the transfer tools will find the appropriate panel.
2. check if WINGP is installed correctly on that panel. (Uninstall and delete the entire folder just in case.) If that doesn't help, it would also like to clean the folder and registries with regedit from WINGP.
If it works on the same PC, there's basically no reason for it not to work on another PC.
It is important that neither is limited / trial
It is also necessary that WIN xxx where WINGP is running have minimal updates / service packs according to the documentation .... Otherwise the transfer tool does not work correctly...
Also, the remote connection must have write permission for the folder where WINGP is installed

| I did exactly as you mentioned but the Version is still "Limited". What is this rootFrame.dll ? I have Windows 10 and except the last copy-replace of the rootFrame.dll I did all other things. What can be the issue? |

For now SP1 (ver 4.09.200 and ver 4.09.300) you only need to edit the registry (regedit.exe as an admin) like this picture here. Make sure you close GP-Pro-EX firstly before doing the modification in the registry. No need to restart the computer, just modify and close regedit, open GP-Pro EX SP1 while before in 'limited' version now you can see it's a well registrated version. If needed, it's still the same serial code 12345678901 but key code now is B/GxZBpe8NpPUPSHILDJHw==
Also, you can download the last version, now 4.09.300 freely from the pro-face website here as a limited version, and install also as a limited version.
