hello every one.i am new in sicam pas and i have few question
i wanna do a big project with 54.000 signal(50.000SL-4.000HW)
for now i have'nt any device for start test real and communication

i am expert in pcs7 but for this issue

1-do i have to request to buy IED(siprotec relay) and bay controller or
can i config device in sicam pas without real device ?

2-wich device least i have to buy for stert this project ?

3-as i read in topics i need icd or cid file to import sicam
do i have to wait until all relay buy and config and then try to export cid and import to sicam and check connection or i can config and stil project at office and then run it in site?
