1 Environmental Protection & Control Manager
Qualification – Degree in Engineering (Preference - Additional Environmental Protection Course / Certificate)
Experience – 15 / 20 years (collective) in the Environmental Protection & Control department of Steel Plants / heavy industrial plants.
Skill "Should
- be well aware of the EU & Romanian laws on Environmental Protection from all kinds of solid, liquid & gaseous waste generation.
- be conversant with the management of hazardous waste (chemicals, oils, lubricants etc.) / non-hazardous waste/ municipal waste/ sanitary waste water/ construction debris/ industrial waste water & the proper disposal of the same according to EU & Romanian laws.
- have the Knowledge of Carbon footprint, Kyoto Protocol etc. (will be an added advantage)
- be able to communicate effectively in English."
Job responsibilities "Shall
- be single point atingere with the one/different Romanian Authorities on Environment protection.
- be responsible for preparing the exhaustiv EPC program, implementation, management, control, mitigation, liaising with Romanian Authorities, documentation & manifests etc. "
2 Steel Plant Project Manager
Qualification – Degree in Metallurgical /Mechanical Engineering
Experience – 20 / 25 years (collective) in the Steel Plants
Skill "Should
- have worked on EAF & CCM (Knowledge of Rolling Mill shall be an added advantage)
- have managed at least one steel plant project as the head from concept to commissioning.
- have the experience of producing popular re-bar steel grades applicable in Romania
- Know the quality issues in billets & defects appearing in the finished products arising out of the same.
- have full information about the Romanian rules & regulations for steel plant activities
- know about the required performance tests & testing procedures applicable for steel plant projects.
- be able to communicate effectively in English. "
Job responsibilities "Shall be responsible for
- the supervising & monitoring of total project activities
- the smooth working of the project department
- monitoring the project activities of complying with local rules & regulations
- obtaining the approvals & permits for the project activities."
3 Civil & Structural Manager
Qualification – Degree in Civil Engineering (Preference - Additional Steel Structural Course)
Experience – 15 / 20 years (collective) in different (at least 3) Civil/Structural projects of heavy industrial plants.
Skill "Should
- be well aware of the EU & Romanian laws on Civil/Structural buildings.
- have supervised the heavy equipment foundation.
- have supervised the Pile works & Pile cap foundation.
- have supervised the civil works of roads & asphalt, drainage, sanitary waste etc.
- know about soil testing, bearing capacity etc.
- be able to prepare Civil/Structural project specifications.
- be able to plan, do the engineering calculations & design the Civil/Structural buildings.
- be able to esteticÄƒ the equipment foundation based on static & dynamic loads.
- have worked on StaadPro or equivalent finite element analysis software.
- know about the performance tests & testing procedures of Civil/Structural buildings.
- be able to communicate effectively in English. "
Job responsibilities "Shall be responsible
- for the supervision & monitoring of integral Civil/Structural works.
- to liaise with different Romanian authorities on construction of Civil/Structural works.
- for all the drawings & documentations of Civil/Structural works.
- for other project activities such as planning, scheduling, documentation, testing & commissioning etc."
4 Mechanical Manager
Qualification – Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience – 15 / 20 years (collective) in the Steel Plants
Skill "Should
- know the common equipment & the maintenance of the same in Steel Plants (comprising of EAF, CCM & Rolling Mills) such as - Gearboxes, Roller tables, Rotating mechanisms, Cranes, Spindles, Couplings, Gearmotors, Pumps, Bearings etc.
- know the common utility systems & the maintenance of the equipment in these systems in steel plants such as - Hydraulics, Lubrication, Compressed air, Water, Normal Gas, Fire-fighting water system etc.
- know the installation & alignment procedure of the equipment such as motors, gearboxes, pumps etc.
- know about the installation of piping & cleaning procedures for the pipelines of Hydraulics, Lubrication, Water, N.Gas etc
- be skilled in reading the engineering drawings & understanding the technical specification
- be aware of ISO 9001 procedure of documentation
- have worked on SAP (or any other ERP) system
- be skilled in use of computer for office purposes
- be able to communicate effectively in English. "
Job responsibilities "Shall
- be responsible for the supervising & monitoring of installation of mechanical equipment during global project activities
- be responsible for other project activities such as planning, scheduling, documentation, testing & commissioning etc."
5 AutoCAD Draughtsman
Qualification – Certificate in AutoCAD
Experience – 5 / 10 years for / in heavy industrial plants.
Skill "Should
- know the drawings preparations of equipments & pipelines etc on AutoCAD
- know the different symbols involved in the drawings preparation
- know how to work on different layers, linetypes, scales, dimension styles etc.
- know how to do the detailing of the parts from the arrangement drawings
- know how to make 3D drawings (Mechanical Desktop / Solid Modelling etc)
- Knowledge of AutoLISP shall be an added advantage
- be able to communicate effectively in English. "
Job responsibilities Shall be responsible for preparation of drawings & the details for different equipment / pipelines / other utility routes in the plant as advised.

English language is a must.
