Hello

The main gas valve no longer operates (blocked in the open position) knowing when there is no pressure (7 bar diffused by PARKER LUCIFER type preactuators, the control of the head valve) or no voltage (24v) of these preactuators the valve closes automatically .... this is the operating principle of the valve !!!! ??

The real case: global absence of voltage 24v: arrow: the valve in the open position (Even in case of power failure on the main cabinet) !!!

Is there a solution to this problem?

Thank you for your help

Try to change the positioner..or preactuator as you said..
If this is blocked then the entire pressure keep your valve open..
If after change the positioner the problem remains ..that means there are mechanical problem with your valve..

the 24v voltage of the positioner is fed from two digital outputs of the S7 400 controller
the two leds are always off

Gaz valve

You must have
1. (I7.4 OR M7.4) must be = TRUE ...both are FALSE so the result is FALSE

If one of the above are TRUE then the logic should work
((I7.4 OR M7.4) AND (M8.0) AND (NOT M8.1)) SET M10.4
M10.5 RESET M10.4

M10.4 AND (NOT M8.6) = Q5.0
= Q4.0

Check why I7.4 OR M7.4 are not at least one TRUE

Hello
Thank you for your response

This picture is the visualisation of the programme OFF LINE.. when I visualise the programme ONLINE the result is M10.5 true; Q4.0 and Q5.0 false

I forced the parameter to have Q4.0 and Q5.0 true ; I taked it but i am not continued my work (cut off the pressure) risk of blocking the valve
(the valve must not be closed this time)

My problemis: Why M10.5 true when i visualise the programme on line??

THanks

Then check the OR at the start.
One of these conditions is not correct.
M10.5 must be off for your program to work!!
