You can see what programms are installed by clicking
Start->Settings->Control Panel->Program and Features
As an initial step on Server is to make a Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool, Restart the Server and after complete reboot check Services pending are Started. Start the Clients only after complete verification on Server are complete and See if the problem is solved.

Taking into account that 2 clients works well and only one have problems it seems your total desktop heap might be exhausted prematurely, before Rockwell services has a chance to allocate required desktop heap for their own needs.
First step: Desktop Heap Allocation in the Registry
Try to modify the SharedSection value:

In FT Administration console on server or on client with access to FT Network directory, or on FT View Studio see to: System -> Computers and Groups -> Computers. Does that client computer have account here?
| mibshosha wrote: | | how can I know the user logged in FT directory ??? |
On client machine see in notification area in taskbar "Factory Talk Directory" icon. Mouse right click -> Login/Logout. In opened window read "Logon Information", press "Change Logon" button if needed.
Your user must have account in FT Directory (in FT adm console System -> Users and Groups) or must be a member of any group, for example should fit the signs to "Windows Administrators".

You can just install latest patches on server and on ALL clients. Use "Rockwell Patch Roll-up", but only same one pack for server and clients.
Also may use patch validator utility:
