Anyone has any idea how to resolve this.

"Unable to connect to the HMI Server in area 'RNA://$Global/HMI'. Factorytalk View SE Client is not licensed and cannot connect to the HMI Servers on the remote computers"

Provide the HMI Server with local Client and Studio activations. If the activations are on a remote activation Server the message will still be triggered, they must be local.
or
Uninstall the Studio or Client Software from the Server.
