HI All,

I have a FP0R series PLC which is working fine (at about 10,000 steps of the 32,000 available). I'd like to be able to use (I think) "FP Loader 2.30" which allows one to load the PLC with a new program without having to bring up FPWin Pro 7 (which I developed the code in).

Unfortunately, I am able to export a File,etc, the 'fploader_free.exe" doesn't seem to recognize my FP0R PLC. The dialog says

"Aborting the reading as it is the file of the unsupported PLC type".

The documentation says it supports "all" FP series PLC, but the tool itself hasn't been updated since 2007. So I suspect this tool is just out of date.

I can try to back rev to 6.0 or 5.0, but I'm not sure that's possible give that probably means a pretty heavy rewrite (I wrote most of this PLC in structure text because, well, this is the 21st century).

Any hints or dope slaps appreciated...

Hmm, this link seems to work (of course I found this after I posted it). More specifically I had to get this from the european site, since this doesn't seem to appear on the list of related sw to the FPWin Pro7 (it only lists FP Loader 2.33 - which *doesn't* work).

I'm posting the link here just for the record. (Now if I could only get this to work with wine so I don't need a windows host - that's the ongoing task now).
