i found this webpage on the net its a direct download of factory talk view around 3.9gb dvd complete.
this is not my web page and i found it by doing a google search
and you can too

This can be done from installing disk of your OS.
If you are using win7 (x32 or x64) go to Start->Settings>Control Panel->Program and features -> Turn Windows features on or off.
You wiil find Internet information services and check boxes..almost all... |
