Hi All,
Need your help. click on Who Active received popup RSLogix Fatal 5000 Fatal Error.
Error information has been generated and stored in the following file :
"C:\Documents and Setting\Admin\Local Setting\Temp\RSLogix 5000 Fatal Error.DMP"
This file may required Technical Support in order to diagnose the problem. Please refer to RSLogix 5000 About Information, available in the Help menu, for instructions on how to atingere Technical Support.
after click OK button

Elapse execution time :44 seconds

export the most recent saved file as an L5K version, then re-import it as an ACD file with a new name
Reinstall Factory Talk Services Platform, then reboot.
Delete the hidden *.rnl files in the hidden folder C:> ProgramData > Rockwell Automation > Factory Talk Activation, then reboot.
Better install RSLinx V3.70 which includes bug fix |

Hi dll,
Thanks for your helping. Appreciated on your reply, Will try once back to working.
Current RS5K version installed on my laptop 13,16,17,19 and 20 with XP window. If i install with RSLinx version 3.70 , they can work with RS5K version above ?
I atill new in this software
