o configure the failsafe PROFINET interface module of SIRIUS ACT without TIA Portal you need the Failsafe Configuration Tool (S7-FCT). Here you will find the link to the tool:

Using the S7-FCT, you can use an engineering tool of your choice to assign the F address as long as this tool does support TCI 3. Please note the system requirements of the S7-FCT.
The S7-FCT cannot be used without the Engineering Tool.
To configure the failsafe PROFINET interface module using the S7-FCT, you need the current GSDML of these devices:
