Try to use Chrome browser and chrome will automatically translate from chinese to english and you can see mostly letter in english.

Firstly you need to realizate free account with your mail address to accept disk pack code.

After you authenticate your email address, you will get 15GB free online store space. And also can accept the package 3.68 GB @

I have successed in that way.

Make sure lucrate a copy of the files you modify.

Run -> services.msc
Stop "FactoryTalk Activation Service"
Stop "Rockwell Application Services" and all dependencies when ask.

Start "FactoryTalk Activation Manager" -> Tab "Advanced" -> press "Refresh Server" button -> Tab "Manage Activations" -> press "Refresh Activations" button. Make sure list of activations appeared.

Remove the file ftasystem2.lic from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Rockwell Automation\Activations, if Manager doesn't find the licences

Run FTV 7.0 and make sure activated successfully.

It realy works at my pc. I have RS Logic 5000 V19.1 and 20
Factory Talk View 7.0 the only difference i have at
Address: E8F0
From: 8B F0 8D 84 24 80 02 00 instead of 55 8B EC 83 E4 F8 81 EC

Any way i edit the file as indicate

To: 33 C0 40 89 45 FC 48 C3

for Address: 2F619
From: 34 02
To: 30 90
exactly as indicated
