Open Run (Press Windows key + R) > type services.msc and click on OK
On the services MMC window right-click on RnaAeServer and select Properties
Select the LOG ON tab > change the ‘Log on as’ information from ‘This Account’ (Network Service) to ‘Local System Account’
Click on Apply and OK |

FactoryTalk View 8.20 gives an error when I try to open tag database editor via HMI Tags >> Tags link. I think there is a problem accessing sql server database.
ERROR MESSAGE is "An error occured while attempting to open the tag database editor." |

Navigate to the project tag folder.Windows 7/8/10:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\FTView .....\ME\HMI Projects\\Tag
Find the file <xxxxxxxx>.ldf and delete it.
Open again the project .
Run updates
