After i done the following:-
"FactoryTalk Logix Echo - SN: 4260999999

1. stop FTA service (or you won't be able to replace files in step 3.)
- open Task Manager (right-click on TaskBar and "Start TaskManager")
- in Services tab locate "FactoryTalk Activation Service" right-click and "Stop Service"

2. replace existing files with provided ones (on a 32bit system the paths are "C:\Program Files\.")
- "flexsvr.exe" in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockwell Software\FactoryTalk Activation"
- content of folder "..\FTA" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Rockwell"

3. copy the license in folder "..\ftasystem" to "C:\Users\Public Documents\Rockwell Automation\Activations"

4. start FTA service, as in step 2. but select "Start Service" instead or just reboot

5. start "FactoryTalk Activation Manager" and check license."

but software V3 still in Grace period when software started.

Hello to all, my FTV echo V3 show this message "The grace period has expired and the license has expired or is unavailable. Controllers cannot be started until a valid license is available." But if I search in FT Activation Manager I did found a licence. Any Help?

I have the activation for factory talk Echo. But it works most of the time then eventually stops working. I have all lic files for all rock well software. PM me to see if you can help me with the factorytalk echo. Like I said it works great for a long time. then it stops. I have version 3.0 and 4.0 email me Engineering_software@proton.me
