I have a problem with Factory Talk 10 when writing a string from the HMI screen, for example if I type "User" in the PLC I receive the data as "User$00".
Anyone having the same problem?

how do you read the tag in plc? what plc?

PLC: Controllogix 1756-L72S
HMI: Panel View Plus 7

In HMI i have a input string enable
In PLC a string tag
