Hi Mojo, l have downloaded all files but when 7 zip joined files, it comes up with error saying "failed in RSBIZWare\FTMANAGER \ ISsetupPrerequisites\#####\NETFX20SP1_x86.EXE file is broken.
Do l need to download all again or is 1 file broken ( l have slow download so would prefer not to download all if possible). Thanks for your help

I.ve downloaded and checked..everything is OK.
Try to use WinRAR preactivated and extract...

Hi Mojo, thanks for WinRar, it has the advantage over WinZip, that it tells you were the file problem is. In my case l needed to re-download 2/3/4. File now zipped together.
