| You don't need 3.4 for what you're trying to do, You should install a newer version that is hex editable, not the oldest version capable of being used, In my opinion. Install 3.5 or 3.60. It's only a search away |

Hi,
Thank you for your prompt response.
I have tried again using FTA V3.50 and Hex edited FC330 to 34 02 to 30 90 but failed to activate.
After Hex editing the require file and modifying "ftasystem" file, launched RSLogix 500 but showing activation was not successful.
Are there any other steps that I am missing?

Hi,
I have mangaged to activate with the help of the following members :- rsgama and eastwood.bs. combination of both members feedbacks and responses. It was very successful activation.
Here is what I have done :-
Step 1
-- SERIAL#-- 1014
(#4 denotes Pro version, #2 natural version) then any 6 #’s
Serial#--1014123456
Step 2--Hex Edit RSWl032.dll, found at C:/program files (x86)/Rockwell software/RSlogix 500 english.
At address FC330-- 09 0A change 34 02 to 30 90 and save.
Step 3-- Hex Edit flexsvr.exe, found at C:/Program files(x86)/Rockwell software/FactoryTalk Activation. Use Hex Editor and open in "Administrator"mode.
Search Address D150
Change From : 55 8B EC 83 E4 F8 81 EC
To : 33 C0 40 89 45 FC 48 C3
and save file.
Step 3-Copy and Paste below string to” ftasystem” license folder, found at (windows 7) ....user/public/public documents/Rockwell automation/activation.

i am using windows 7 64bit and follow all the steps..but cant activate...can anyone help me!!! |
