In all mechanical part there are limits of resistance, if you alter the speed, you will go to destroy the machine.
I think you have to do something else and forget about the programming.

| No, i don't destroy my machine because i have as servo motor sgmgv 20dda6h has 1500 Rpm ,1.8kw, 11.5Nm |

that means at 100% reference the speed is 300RPM |

Probably in the panel is put the maximum working (technological)speed while in PLC is for safety of the equipment.
But you not put any data for making a clear assessment.
Only suppositions... |
