This forum has proven very helpful in the past and I think this error is not so complicated, just that I'm not expert in the topic (surely you are).
I'm trying to load a *.vda file in Vijeo Runtime PC 6.2 as per the instructions of this video in YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgX1vPqxmzA).
The problem I have is when I try to load because something goes wrong and it keeps popping the same error message: "Error extracting the user application. Possibly the file is corrupt".
Can somebody check and give me any clue to solve this?

I would really appreciate your help |

I have the same issue, but still can't solve it. I think it could an issue regarding the version of Vijeo Designer used to generate the .VDA file is different than the version of the Vijeo Runtime you are using.
I'm trying to get VJD 6.2 installers to check on this, but I can't find it anywhere.
Did you solve this problem already? |

The only way I could make it work was installing the full Vijeo Designer package (without licensing) and then the Vijeo Runtime.
Can just be a matter of missing dependencies, but the error message it throws is not very helpful at finding the problem. |
