Hello everyone !
My name is Hoa. I come from Vietnam.
I'm not good at English. Sorry if i write wrong.
I'm seeing an error during setup TIA Portal V13.0. help me, please. Thank everyone so much.

what OS do you use?
One way is to install Microsoft Visual Studio and to debug the program to see what is the problem.
Probably you did not install all prerequisites for installing TIA V13.
Try to install V13 SP1 to see if the problem is persisting.
Do not forget to Turn Windows features necessary on Program and Features |

i will try install Microsoft Visual Studio.

i tried all way which your speaking but it still report error the same. maybe i should reset window 7 on my computer.  |

maybe you have indeed to reinstall Win7 and try to get updates from microsoft.
Then you can install without problem.
But be careful...there some win7 circulating on Internet with a lot of bugs....
This could be also a problem...I've get myself such a trip... |
