how can we use siemens macros which are in .edz format.
I am not able to use these macros.

Hi guys,
This is OK if your version of EPLAN P8 is the SELECT unfortunately you will not be able to open as shown in this link

Simply change the extension *. edz to *. zip and then you will be able to use the block.

EPLAN Electric P8 v2.1.4 Build 5325 (x86/x64)
Instructions on how to:
1. Disable AV
2. Download the rar archive from http://www.filesonic.com/file/2216098681
3. Set UAC to minimal. (User account control)
4. Install EPLAN 2.1
5. Copy the file that is into the common folder from the rar and paste it to C:\Users\Public\EPLAN\COMMON.
6. Go to control panel. There you will find licence client. Right click and click change. There you can disable the HL drivers.
7. Install the new drivers (provided into the rar - HASPUserSetup.exe)
8. Add the data to the registry by running 5189.reg from the archive
9. Go to the Release folder and then to x32 or x64 (depending from your PC and OS) and run install.cmd
10. Run dseo13b.exe and enable test mode.
11. Restart your computer
12. Disable AV, copy multikey.sys to
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\multikey.sys and Run dseo13b.exe and sign a file.
The address of the file is C:\Windows\System32\drivers\multikey.sys
13 copy to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\multikey.sys
14. Restart your computer
15. NEW HARD...UPDATING.....
16. EPLAN 2.1 is running (100%)

Don't forget .....Exclusions in AV add C:\Windows\System32\drivers\multikey.sys

Hello

I'm new here

I downloaded and installed the eplan p8 2.1 SP1, and try to use multikey on the windows 7 64 bits.

I can get the windows to recognize the hardlock, but the eplan can't start, because the hardlock is not the right one for the software.

Can someone help me ???

I've tested the new file, and i get the same error.

In the device manager i have the correct devices, has you can see in the next image:

But when i open the eplan, i get the message that no hardlock found. If i chhose the option Temporary License, i see the correct hardlock number

Hello again,

I have downloaded again all the files, unistalled all frommy computer, and installed all again.
Done all the steps, but i can't get it working.

I've an exclusion on AV, and i've tested without AV.

I'm testing it on windows 7 home edition x64 bits.

Any ideas of what is wrong??

I did the crack but there is another problem

I installed P8 2.1, but i was using 1.9.11. I was making backup with Project--->Back up---> Project function. But now. I tried to Restore them, there is no project seen at the Restore table...

Then I copied the my old project folder to the new one. I opened the project but its just readable, i couldn't edit it. What should i do?

The problems appear only on Win7 64 bit.
If you try to install on Win7 32 bit the dongle emulator goes fine.
So please install first on Win7 32 bit or WinXP SP3...
I'll put as soon as possible a procedure for 64bit but wait a little...
I just not have more time .......!!

Risky73 put a procedure...don't know if works but you can try..

It seems that ePlan v2.1 SP1 works with crack for v2.0. Procedure is:
- install ePlan v2.0 (SP1)
- crack it with crack for v2.1 SP1, but instead of SN-U38269.EGF/SN-U38269.reg use SN-U10066.EGF/SN-U10066.reg for v2.0
- check that everything works properly (no limitations on page numbers or similar) in v2.0
- install ePlan v2.1 SP1 WITHOUT!!! Licence Client - everything should work (no limitations...)
- install ProPanel v2.1 SP1 and similar ALSO WITHOUT License Client

Can anyone inform if is it possible to install P8 SP1 2.1, in a win7, 64bit, home edition systems. Am asking cause it seems that Eplan requires one of Enterprise, profecional,and ultimate edition.

Is there any way to cheat it, maybe in an .ini file?

i keep getting that message cannot recognize a dongle and some possible causes
and it asks me if i want to validate using temporary license
can any one just tell me what i did wrong

I am adding this here, because it was also in the V2.3 subject, due to some questions l had on V2.3.
I have also had V2.2 running on these instructions, just different crack files, but V2.2 and higher are time limited to about a month currently, where as V2.1 is not limited.

EPLAN Electric P8 v2.1 Install Instructions that License/work on, Win7, 64 bit Ultimate SP1
1. Disable AV (Anti Virus)
2. Download the “Medicine” rar archive from http://www.filesonic.com/file/2216098681
3. Set UAC to minimal. (search for “User account control”)
4. Install EPLAN 2.1
5. Copy the file that is in the common folder of crack “SN-U10066.EGF”and paste it into C:\Users\Public\EPLAN\COMMON.
6. Go to control panel/ program + features. There you will find licence client (for Eplan 2.1 only). Right click and click change / next/modify/next/drop down menu of Hardlock drivers/”X” will not be available/ next/ install. (This has disabled the HL drivers.) If License client not in “Control panel/program + Features” go to “C/ program files(x86)/ Eplan/and install from Eplan License Client . Windows installer. Exe and “X/turn off” the installing of the “Hardlock Drivers” when installing.
7. Install the new Eplan P8_ patch, “HASPUserSetup.exe” ( just double left click on it to install/Run/next/agree/next/next/)
8. Add the data to the registry by running 5189.reg from the archive ( just double left click on it to install/run /install/yes)
9. Go to the” Release” folder and then to x32 or x64 (depending from your PC and OS) and run “install”/run.( should say “drivers installed successfully. Press any key to continue”. So press any key.
10) Run dseo13b.exe and enable test mode.
11) Copy “multikey.sys” file only, from “release” folder and paste into C:\Windows\System32\drivers\
12) Run dseo13b.exe and “sign a system file”. The address of the file is C:\Windows\System32\drivers\multikey.sys . (Should say, “The system file has been signed successfully”, click “OK”./ exit/next
13) Restart your computer

14) EPLAN 2.1 is running (100%)

Don't forget .....Exclusions in AV add C:\Windows\System32\drivers\multikey.sys

If you try and re- install V2.1, after removing program via C\Program+Features\Uninstall, you need to go into regedit (do a search, as they hide this folder as anything you change in here, ALTERS HOW THE COMPUTER WORKS.
Look under software and delete anything that says Eplan
