Energy Management with WinCC

In this application example several Sentron PACs are connected to WinCC via a Modbus TCP connection and the values are displayed in WinCC.
To enable depicting the values required for energy management in WinCC, a Modbus TCP connection is established from the WinCC station. Using a switch, the values of several Sentron PACs can be transferred to the WinCC station via this channel.
The values are displayed through WinCC faceplates. The faceplates can be individually adjusted. It is possible, for example, to adjust the value ranges, the labeling for conductors, and the electrical units.
