Emulator 5000 Module failed!!![Help]

Hello support,
When i try to use the emulate module 1789-SIM 32 as input and output.
the Module show: Failed and Restart then keep repeating the same until i close Emulate 5000 and open it again.
I have V24 for both Rslogix and Emulate.
Anything i'm missing here.
everything work fine without the module but after I add the module IO.
it crash!!!
