we have VSX48-017-20CEB drive from EMOTRON .We want to upload parameters and save it for maintenance .

According to manual it is need " EmoWizard tool software " for upload parameters .

Is it true? or another software is needed?
where can I download this software?

thanks so much.
But EMOTRON EmoSoftCom v3.11 doesn't support new drive same as VSX type.
