|
|
i am making a program for controlling an Mitsubishi AC servo drive via high speed pulse output but i need a way so that when the machine emergency switch is triggered the servo stop immediately and after the machine starting again the servo will complete the Angle required.
in other way what is the best programming method so that i can always know how much pulses still i need to provide from the PLC after the emergency case happened |

You can count the pulses on a counter driven by a Emergency Stop.
You know also the plenar number of pulses until the end position.
The difference between these two counters has the value to be loaded after Exit from Emergency Stop.
When starting again the entry for new positioning will be that value.

Here are some schematics but depends on what servo and what plc do you use. |
