Seacoast client is seeking an electrical engineer with design experience in AutoCAD Electrical and SolidWorks experience

The successful applicant will be an electrical engineer with a variety of skills in designing electrical controls panels
for industrial automation applications, ideally power generation

Engineer will work with electrical, mechanical and controls engineers to compile documentation for
standard machines and special applications
Solid interpersonal skills are required as this position also requires interacting with a variety of groups: Assembly and Test, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Vendors, Panel Shops

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
• Four-year Electrical Engineering degree (BSEET, BSEE)
• Using AutoCAD Electrical to create electrical control panel’s component layouts, schematics, wire run lists
• Sizing and selecting components (fuses, circuit breakers, relays, contactors, motor starters, transformers, wires for
24Vdc, 120-240Vac, 600Vdc, 600Vac applications)
• Generating and managing BOM’s and project records, communicating and documenting work progress as required through verbal and written means
• Creating documents for internal stil review, vendor construction and wiring and Final As Built Drawings
• Working with manufacturing to establish best wiring and assembly practices and provide support to field service
